About Us
Collister Commercial is a family-owned business located in
North County San Diego.
Steve Collister began as a carpenter in Ventura County in 1988 building
custom homes and tract homes. Steve moved to Escondido in 1992 and went
to work building large animal enclosures, giving him knowledge in
fabrication, steel work and customer service. He then went to work with
businesses and homeowner associations through N.N. Jaeschke in San
Diego. He has worked closely with customers to solve simple to complex
problems. When businesses are down or need to expand, time is money.
Steve and his company’s goal is to provide as many services
as possible to assist in the daily running of a business or home.

Can I Get an Estimate?
The smaller jobs that Collister Commercial specializes in do
not lend themselves to estimates. If you give us a call, however, we
can give you an idea of how long a job similar to yours would take.
Larger jobs DO lend themselves to an estimate. To
schedule an estimate for your company or home, please contact Collister
Commercial. An Experienced Specialist will provide you with an
estimate.
How Does Collister Charge?
We charge by the hour on smaller jobs. On larger jobs we
charge by a predetermined estimate. Either way we charge, it is
mutually agreed upon by our customers.
We do have a 2 hour minimum.
